Casio G-Shock x Koeurelé Collection

Created by French artist Koeurélé, this collection of Casio’s G-shock watches is getting ready for imminent launch. Releasing 20 hand decorated G-Shocks, each model is a one-off and inspired by mother nature herself. Each model shall be available at Citadium from May 29.

Air Jordan IX Retro Premio Bin 23

Earlier this year, Jordan Brand unveiled its inaugural Premio release with the Air Jordan II. Following up on that effort is an upcoming Air Jordan IX version. Featured in a premium range of leathers, the shoe’s colorway includes white and gold with a red stamp over the heel. The IX’s original debut came while Michael Jordan was away playing baseball and would eventually transcend basketball to become a popular sneaker for various cleated sports. The Air Jordan IX Retro Premio Bin 23 will release on Saturday, May 29th at select retailers across the world and on June 5th in the US.

MASTERPIECE x NEW ERA

Japanese streetwear brand MASTERPIECE drops a new fitted cap from New Era. The design features a skull/cross bone logo on the front, while the back reads: “Guaranteed Fresh*”. The cap comes in four different colorways and can be purchased now through the realmadHECTIC webstore.

We know that this is just a concept, but if Verizon were to get this first it would make us (U.S. Customers) all forget that they still don’t carry the iPhone!

LIVESTOCK x FERRARI x PUMA MID COLLECTION

This collection consists of four PUMA Mid colorways that are all inspired by Ferrari stock cars. In detail, each sneaker features a Ferrari stock car color including white, red, yellow and black. The latter three colorways feature a suede finish, while the white PUMA Mid is done up in leather. The colorways are not the only thing inspired by the Ferrari stock cars. PUMA chose to apply tire rubber on the midsole trim, and the leather insoles possess a racetrack imprint with turns pertaining to the three brands involved in this collaborative effort. Other features include a perforated pigskin inner lining, the Ferrari logo on the heel panel, a Livestock hangtag and a perforated number 27 on the tongue that pays tribute to Canadian, F1 driving legend Gilles Villeneuve.

Yeah so its pretty obvious that this collaboration between Raised by Wolves, Off The Hook, and Quintin Snapback Caps is pretty awesome but we looked a little bit further into this and realized how hot this photography is.

I have to admit SONY really pushed the envelope with their new NEX-5 and NEX-3 Micro 4/3 cameras which both feature a mirror-less system, lenses can be exchanged and the NEX-5 will be the lightest camera in the market of its kind. Both come with a 14.2 Megapixel chip and record video in HD. So yeah the folks here at BLEU DOPE are really feeling these.

KAWS x Friends With You Custom Rolls Royce for N.E.R.D

caught during the taping of N.E.R.D’s first single from their upcoming Nothing album, a special Rolls Royce is featured rocking KAWS One illustrations which were custom painted by Miami artistry group, Friends With You. The jaded chic look of this vintage auto gem is throw right out the window and replaced with colorful antics that is synonymous with KAWS’ steez. Look out for the video soon.

INSPIRATION & MOTIVATION

KAWS is easily one of the more celebrated artists of BLEU DOPE and is a favorite to many members of the blog team so with that said we never miss an opportunity to get deeper into the mind of KAWS and neither did Interview Magazine in their May 2010 issue where they discussed his past, future, and his upcoming exhibition at the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum.

HOW DO WE FEEL ABOUT? NANAMICA X THE NORTHFACE PURPLE LABEL BACKPACKS Hmm???

Being from New York I can understand why many people do not appreciate anything that The North Face has to offer as a result of the company saturating the market back when I was growing up, but when paired up with japanese retailer Nanamica and pushing their Purple Label line I think they might want to be heard again. These backpacks are pretty cool and pose the ever existing argument that less is more.

HEARD THIS IN THE WHIP....

Not sure if this is a leaked track off the LP or something coming off a upcoming mixtape regardless this track is flawless im looking foward to hearing the whole song hopefully it doesn't include one of birdman's annoying verses.

GEORGE CONDO GOES IN ON THESE DECKS: George Condo X Supreme

Known for their collaborations with heavily influential artists such as Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, and one of my personal favorites Takashi "SUPERFLAT" Murakami, Supreme adds another major competitor to their roster of contemporary artists George Condo. Born in Concord, New Hampshire in 1957 George Condo established himself in the early 80s in New York as a factor in the international revival of painting. And without much effort he has struck again this time with well known industry favorites Supreme to create and release 3 skateboard decks.
